  17. being posted in no less than 15 newsgroups. In at least 4 of which
  18. it is not of interest and/or off-topic.

  20. And it's very simple to check where you post. Even when using NetScape.
  21. Just go to the NetScape 'View' menu and select the 'Newsgroups' item.
  22. From then on, you'll see the list of newsgroup you are posting in and
  23. can remove those where your post is not on-topic and/or applicable.
